If you are awake now and not sure what to get for breakfast, why don’t you go to Ah Weng Koh Hainan Tea?
As I’m born and raised in Melaka, where we have a lot of Hailam Kopitiam and I love to have breakfast there with my dad when I was younger.
Have some toasted bread, or you may go for steam bread (my dad loves it so much), pair it with Cham (coffee with tea! Yes yes yes!) or maybe a cup of Hailam dark coffee. It will definitely make you energetic for the day!
I will give it 9/10, will definitely go again!!
Besides, (opps, sorry, I forgot to take photo) the chicken rice over there tastes super good! Better than those in Melaka! (don’t slap me please!)
