Recipe: Chocolate and Butterscotch Cookie

Hi everyone, I'm here again~! As you can read it from the title, I'm here to share a recipe with you! YES, baking is one of my hobbies too! ♥
Cookies!!

I made 65 servings. You'll get lesser serving if you make increase the size of your cookie, more serving if you reduce the size of your cookie.
Here are the ingredients:

  • 125 g of Butter
  • 1/3 cup of White Sugar
  • 1/3 cup of Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup of Powder Oatmeal
  • 1 cup of All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon of Baking Soda
  • 75 g of Chocolate Chips
  • 75 g of Butterscotch Chips
  • 70 g of chopped nuts

You can use Self-raising flour but remember not to put baking soda. Besides, you can use any nuts that you like, I use Almond.
You can make Powder Oatmeal by yourself. Bake 1 cup of Rolled Oatmeal in oven (190˚C) for 10 minutes, cold it and blend it into powder.

Procedure:
  1. Cream the sugar and butter until the color turns to light yellow.
  2. Add egg into sugar and butter little by little.
  3. Add salt in it.
  4. Fold in the flour. Add it little by little.
  5. Fold in the Nuts, Chocolate chips, and Butterscotch chips.
  6. Preheat the over at 190˚C for 10 minutes.
  7. Scope the cookie dough by using a teaspoon, form a little round dough to form the shape of the cookie. Line a parchment paper of the baking sheet and place your cookie dough of your desired shape. Mine is in round shape.
  8. Pop it into the oven, bake at 190˚C for 10-15 minutes where you'll see golden brown edges.
And you are done! Cold the cookies on a rack for 2-3 minutes and store it in airtight container. It can keep up to 2 weeks.
